Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of delight and disappointment. The rooms, especially the suites, were lovely, generously sized, and boasted an exceptional range of toiletries. However, they were on the smaller side, and the staff lacked in service orientation. The service was a rollercoaster: the bell men were very nice and attentive, but other staff members were poorly trained, rude, sloppy, and disrespectful. The location couldn't be any better; steps away from Central Park, with a lovely rooftop garden to compensate for any noise. The dining experience was a tale of extremes - while some meals were excellent, others were simply terrible. The facilities were well-kept, with one standout feature being the rooftop garden.
The hotel rooms were extremely comfortable and really everything we could have wanted, with the exception of the soaking tub. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautiful, boasting lovely space and lots of closets and drawers.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the service was exceptional, with thoughtful staff, the room had some issues like a moldy odor and strange furniture. The location was fantastic for exploring Central Park, but there were some minor inconveniences like noise and late room readiness.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly quiet and spacious, done up like a cozy home with a fantastic music system that I could connect to my iPad for Spotify. The bathroom was a dream with the most powerful shower I've ever experienced. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was just what I needed, close to Central Park and key attractions. The dining experience was superb, although a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was just perfect! The rooms were elegantly appointed with nice touches like pre-programmed switches for mood lighting, an excellent Bluetooth speaker for my music, and a top-shelf stocked bar in each room. The room service menu was superb, and the high-quality furnishings gave everything a stylish and bespoke feel. However, the only downside was that the ironing board was left out after my room was cleaned, they forgot to put it away.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, with a beautiful view from the balcony on the 16th floor. However, the wardrobe space was a bit limited for three people. The service was friendly and helpful, though I experienced a small issue with the bill when getting a taxi. The location was perfect for exploring Central Park and nearby attractions. The dining experience was generally good, but there was a delay one day. The facilities provided were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is perfectly situated just steps away from Central Park and The MET, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the view was a real disappointment. The service was exceptional, especially from Mouloud at peak check-in hours. The dining experience at Café Boulud was below average, with limited options. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a good overall experience.
The hotel offers elegantly appointed rooms with top-notch amenities, but the price may not fully justify the experience. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, providing easy access to Central Park and nearby attractions. The dining options, while good, were on the pricier side. Overall, a stylish stay with attentive service in a prime Upper East Side location.
The Ultra One Bedroom Suites at the hotel offer a view of the old Whitney. Despite receiving multiple confirmation emails and texts from the hotel over weeks, our room wasn't ready until after 3 pm when we arrived to check-in. The service, especially from the concierge, was very attentive, and tipping is included in the price, which is a nice touch. The location is perfect, nestled in the Upper East Side very close to Central Park, providing a NYC vibe with just enough city noise. The dining experience was good but on the pricey side, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel has a very family-oriented feel and is much less chaotic than other areas in the city. The location on Madison Avenue as well as the Met Museum on the upper east side of NYC creates a unique setting. However, the expensive price may not be justified for some visitors.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and slight disappointments. The rooms, though elegantly appointed and stylish, had a musty smell that detracted from the overall experience. On the upside, the city view room was beautiful and spacious, offering a perfect setting. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a five-star experience, despite hints of cost-cutting efforts by management. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the Upper East Side near Central Park and top attractions. Dining had its ups and downs, with some issues in food preparation, but the overall facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The room I was moved to at 10:15 pm was comfortable, but there was a strong smell of cleaning fluids. The service was impeccable, thanks to Leilani Santiago, the guest relations manager. The location was fantastic for exploring Central Park and the Met, even though it was slightly disappointing for vegetarian options. The dining options were generally good, especially the local cold cuts. The facilities were satisfactory, but not outstanding.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were welcoming, clean, and quiet, although some minor issues like a plugged sink and missing handle for the cold water were noticeable. The location was fantastic, especially being so close to Central Park and within walking distance of museums and shopping. The service from the Concierges was excellent, making my experience enjoyable. However, the dining experience was below average, with some delays noted, and the facilities could be improved.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The service was exceptional, from the doormen to the front desk staff, always ready to help with a smile. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps away from Central Park and fantastic shopping and dining options. The dining experience was superb, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. However, the price was a bit higher than advertised, which was a slight downside.
The hotel offers a mix of elegance and practicality. The rooms, although showcasing some wear and tear, are welcoming, clean, and quiet. The service is both friendly and efficient, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is ideal for exploring Central Park and other attractions. However, the dining experience was a bit overpriced for the quality offered.
