The Ultra One Bedroom Suites at the hotel offer a view of the old Whitney. Despite receiving multiple confirmation emails and texts from the hotel over weeks, our room wasn't ready until after 3 pm when we arrived to check-in. The service, especially from the concierge, was very attentive, and tipping is included in the price, which is a nice touch. The location is perfect, nestled in the Upper East Side very close to Central Park, providing a NYC vibe with just enough city noise. The dining experience was good but on the pricey side, and the facilities were top-notch.
